Editorial Policies

The SHERPA/RoMEO list summarises publisher's conditions for pre-prints and post-prints and then assigns a colour category according to the permissions given. These are "green" for pre-print and immediate post-print archiving; "blue" if pre-prints are not allowed; "yellow" if only pre-prints are allowed and "white" if archiving is not allowed at all. World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology is "green" for pre-print and immediate post-print archiving.

Full text paper submissions to conferences & journals will be peer-reviewed by the members of the specific Scientific and Technical Committee & Editorial Review Board to assess their quality and relevance to scope of the journals / conferences and the attendees of the conferences. All papers are refereed, and the Editor-in-Chief / Conference Chairman reserves the right to refuse any manuscript, whether on invitation or otherwise, and to make suggestions and/or modifications before publication. Therefore, a full double - blind international refereeing process is used in which :

-Papers are sent to reviewers for their peer review process.

-The reviewers' recommendations determine whether a paper will be accepted / accepted subject to change / subject to resubmission with significant changes / rejected.

For papers which require changes, the same reviewers will be used to ensure that the quality of the revised paper is acceptable.
