Conference Registration

Registration at the Conference is required of all attendees. An author of each accepted paper is required to register and attend the conference, and present the paper. In absentia presentations will be allowed only in exceptional circumstances.

Regular Author Registration Includes: Attendance to All Sessions, Proceedings Book and CD-ROM, Certificate of Presentation.

Regular Listener Registration Includes: Attendance to All Sessions, Proceedings CD-ROM, Certificate of Attendance. 

Responsibility and Visa Requirements

For people planning to attend the conference, an entrance visa may be required and you should contact the nearest Embassy or Consulate for more information. The organizers do not accept responsibility for any personal injury, damage or loss of property which may occur in connection with this conference. All participants are advised to arrange international health insurance before departure from their home countries.

It is essential for all author participants to send in a Final Formatted Paper (in DOC & PDF for Word Editors; or PDF file from LaTeX), Copyright Form, and Completed Registration Form.
