Instructions and Check List for Paper Submission!
When submitting papers for potential
publication in the Conference Proceedings & Journals, please
submit an original editable file in one of the
(.zip,.doc,.pdf,.ps,.rtf,.txt,.rar,.docx)
file styles.
All figures, images, tables, etc., should be embedded into
the original file.

Further
information on the scope of the journal is also available
upon enquiry of prospective authors.
1)Abstract
*The
abstract of the paper should satisfactorily show the aims,
methods and result of the paper.
*All symbols used in the abstract should be defined.
*Do not cite references in the abstract.
2)Keywords
*Between
3 and 6 keywords or phrases in alphabetical order, separated
by commas must be provided for information retrieval.
3)The materials and methods described in the paper should
adequately support the arguments.
4)The language used should adequately inform the reader.
*English language expressions must be written in
third person instead of the first and second person. For
example: Instead of “We use the K nearest neighbour
classifier” the expression “The K nearest neighbour
classifier is used” must be written.
5)Figures and Tables
*Large figures and tables may span both columns.
*Figures and tables should be centered.
*It is compulsory to annotate or caption all the figures
and tables sufficiently.
Figure captions should be centered below
the figures; table captions should be centered above the
tables.
*If your figure has two parts, include the labels “(a)”
and “(b)” as part of the artwork.
*Please verify that the figures and tables you mention
in the text actually exist.
*Please do not include captions as part of the figures.
*Do not put captions in “text boxes” linked to the
figures.
*Do not put borders around the outside of your figures.
*Use the abbreviation “Fig.” even at the beginning of a
sentence.
*Do not abbreviate “Table.” Tables are numbered with Roman
numerals.
6)The paper should have sufficient length to adequately
satisfy its aims.
7)The
references shown must be relevant and all the references
must be cited in the paper.
*Conference/journal papers should refer/cite
the most recent respected journal and conference articles.

8)The full text paper
should be composed using the

9)Please
submit your full text paper
by
electronic
submission.
The receipt of paper
submission will be confirmed via e-mail within 48 hours. In

of paper, please
contact us
urgently.
10)The signed
copyright form
should be submitted along with the final paper in
(.zip,.doc,.pdf,.ps,.rtf,.txt,.rar,.docx)
file styles.
