Additional Paper(s): Author presenting more than one paper - 100 Euro per additional paper (or poster).

An author of each accepted paper is required to register and attend the conference, and present the paper. In absentia presentations will be allowed only in exceptional circumstances.

Regular Author Rates Include: Attendance to all sessions, Proceedings (One book volume where your paper is published + CD-ROM), Certificate of Attendance, Coffee Breaks, Lunches.

Regular Listener Rates Include: Attendance to all sessions, Proceedings CD-ROM, Certificate of Attendance, Coffee Breaks, Lunches. 

Responsibility and Visa Requirements

For people planning to attend the conference, an entrance visa may be required and you should contact the nearest Embassy or Consulate for more information. The organizers do not accept responsibility for any personal injury, damage or loss of property which may occur in connection with this conference. All participants are advised to arrange travel insurance before departure from their home countries.
